I am a soldier now :D

Written by : ijajaja
I am a soldier because I serve for MetFone, the Vietnam Army owned Telecommunication Company.

Obviously, I passed the interview since I was in Vietnam. I was interviews via E-conference-the service that our PM always says related to Viettel Cambodia; but I don't really feel good with the salary and the environment Viettel committed with us when I was in Vietnam so I decide to find many places suitable with me in Cambodia.

Unfortunately, Opportunity never waits for the one who doesn't know how to catch it. I was called for many interviews when I was in Vietnam but I couldn't come back. Till now, I have just been called by fews company and what they offer is unacceptable although I have no any experiences yet.

Finally, I decide to go back and call for Viettel Cambodia or so-called MetFone. I called them in the morning and my work started in the afternoon(17/Aug/2009).

Till now, I've been in a really dark situation as I started everything from scratch. I need to learn GSM (Global System for Mobile communication), and many things more....

I expect to work here for one year after deciding to move to somewhere else avoiding many looking me down :(( "No experiences!!!"

A week in the city

Written by : ijajaja
It's been 2 weeks since I was in Cambodia and 1 week since I was in the city.

The first week, I was in my province while another week (this week), I've been in Phnom Penh, trying to settle down and finding job.

Choosing a damn difficult school to study, I've never expected that seeking for a job was like climbing to the peak of the Himalya mountain.

I've sent many applications to the institution announced on many sites. Till now, I got none of their responses. I'm still wondering whether they regularly check mail or left mine unread.

This week is nothing. No result, Boring, Stressess!!!!!

In Cambodia, It seems my University's "Very good" grade is useless. Here, It's better if I got "Medium" and had many cable wires so that I could never fail the shortlist and I'd be able to meet the CEO directly.

Let's see what happens in the coming week....hmm......
